DESCRIPTION:Breaking is a dance that started in the 70’s and comes from the Bronx.  Decades later it’s a dances style that has touched lives and cities all over the world.  It is one of the most demanding dances and covers a vast array of movements which if done regularly will keep you in great physical condition. \nThere are many elements to Breaking (TOP ROCK\, FOOTWORK\, POWER and FREEZES)\, so no you will not be spinning on your head in these classes but what we hope you do is have a new appreciation for the art of breaking.  The steps we will be covering are very simple so if you have a pulse you should be to follow just fine.\n\nIf you’ve never tried breaking in your life or want to do something fun and different? \nWell here’s you chance!
